TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

BLACKLION Vodka Christmas Gift Prize Draw
Organised by Cotswold Blacklion Limited, registered at Sheaf House Farm, Draycott Road, Blockley, Glous, GL56 9DY.

By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

The BLACKLION Christmas Gift Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Cotswold Blacklion Limited their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary to enter. Simply sign up as a BLACKLION Friend of the Flock by providing your full name and email address at www.blacklionvodka.co.uk/friend-of-the-flock/ before midnight on 20th December 2024.

One entry per email address is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

PRIZE DETAILS

Main Prize: One (1) Main prize, including  the following:

• BOTTLE OF BLACKLION VODKA
  One 70cl bottle of BLACKLION vodka, in gift box, signed by Tim & Tanya Spittle

• WATERFORD Lismore Crystal vodka Chill Bowl and Six Shot Glasses

Valued at £560.

• TOUR OF THE COTSWOLD VODKA FARM
  includes Cocktail Masterclass for up to 6 people.

Runner-Up Prizes:
Five (5) Runners-Up Prizes, each consisting of a set of two Waterford Lismore Crystal Shot Glasses.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected at random using a computerised random draw system.
The draw will take place on 21st December 2024.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be notified via email on or before 23rd December 2024.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, their prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
Prizes will be delivered to the winners, and a signature will be required upon receipt.

PUBLICITY
Winners’ first names and towns of residence will be announced publicly on 24th December 2024 on BLACKLION Vodka’s website and social media platforms.
By entering the prize draw, participants consent to this limited disclosure of their details.

DATA PROTECTION:
By signing up as a BLACKLION Friend of the Flock and entering the prize draw, participants agree to subscribe to BLACKLION Vodka’s mailing list. Subscribers will receive occasional marketing emails, including updates, promotions, and news from BLACKLION Vodka.

Participants’ personal data (name and email address) will be used for the purposes of:

1. Administering the prize draw and fulfilling prizes.
2. Sending mailings, newsletters, and marketing communications from Cotswold Blacklion Limited relating to BLACKLION vodka

This data will not be shared with any third parties or used for purposes unrelated to BLACKLION Vodka.

Cotswold Blacklion Limited will retain participants’ data to maintain the mailing list, but subscribers can opt out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in all communications.

Cotswold Blacklion Limited takes data privacy seriously and ensures that all personal data is stored securely and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR

GENERAL TERMS
Cotswold Blacklion Limited  reserves the right to:

• Substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary;
• Cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The decision of Cotswold Blacklion Limited  regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Cotswold Blacklion Limited accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, lost mail, or other factors beyond its control.

Cotswold Blacklion Limited  will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by entrants as a result of participating in this prize draw or accepting the prize.
