Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside the UK it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any subsequent import duties that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries. Goods will be sent with a commercial invoice.

Shipping Methods :

We can currently only deliver to the UK. Delivery is free (excluding Northern Ireland)and is by courier. Delivery costs to Northern Ireland are shown at checkout and are subject to change from time to time.

Please contact us for shipments outside of the UK.

You should expect delivery of your BLACKLION Vodka within 3 to 5 working days after placing your order. Please note that our delivery dates may be affected by public holidays and geographic location.

You must be of legal age to purchase alcohol within the country you live in. Our deliveries require an adult signature, and IDs will be verified to ensure age compliance. A successfully obtained signature confirms that we, BLACKLION Vodka, registered company ‘Cotswold Blacklion Limited’ have met our delivery obligations. We encourage you to check the condition of your parcel before signing for it.

Payments :

Our preferred way of taking payment is Google pay, Credit or Debit Card secured transaction. We do not store credit/debit card details. If you prefer not to pay by card, please contact us so we can advise you accordingly.

Invoices & Receipts :

We send a receipt for all orders, by email, except those sent to third parties as gifts. In those cases, we send a separate receipt by email direct to the purchaser.

Returns Policy :

BLACKLION Vodka is classed as perishable, therefore we cannot accept any returns unless the goods are faulty.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order. If you do so and the product has already been dispatched please refer to the above return policy.

Please note that return policy does not apply to bespoke orders. We will of course always try to accommodate you the best way we can.

We have made every effort to represent the colours of our products as reasonably and accurately as possible. However due to differences in monitors we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will reflect the true colour of the product. Stopper colour may vary from that illustrated on our website. If you have any questions about our products you please contact us.

We check and double-check the quality of our products during and after production, as well as before sending them to you. Due to the natural ingredients we use in our products there may possibly be a very slight variation in the colour illustrated on this website.

Looking after your BLACKLION Vodka

BLACKLION is a super premium spirit. . Store away from direct sunlight, and keep at room temperature or below, or ideally in the freezer,. Always recork after opening.

Damaged Goods :

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers and thereafter reimburse you. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.

Defaulted Products :

In the event you should receive a faulty product , please get in touch with us so we can arrange an exchange or refund. Please do not return the goods to us before contacting us.

Title to the Goods :

Title for goods belongs to Cotswold Blacklion Limited until your full payment is cleared, at which point the goods transfer to you in its entirety.

Discounts and coupons:

A discount cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Cotswold Blacklion Limited reserves its right to deny a purchase that would have resulted from a misuse of a promotion code.
