FAQs

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ON TOURS & EXPERIENCES?

Yes, children under the age of 18 are allowed to join the FARM TOUR & TASTING. However, they must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18’s are excluded from the ‘Tasting’ part of the tour and taken on their own mini tour to meet the other animals who live on the farm. They also get to enjoy a refreshing Sheafhouse Mocktail or Milkshake.

OUR EXPERIENCES are not suitable for children. Guests must be over the age of 18 to participate in our PARLOUR, MIXOLOGY MASTERCLASS or FULL VALAIS EXPERIENCE. We operate a Challenge 21 policy, so we kindly ask all guests to bring ID with them.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHEN VISITING THE FARM?

As we are a working farm and our tours and experiences are hosted outside, all visitors will need to wear flat shoes and clothing suitable for the changing weather conditions of the English countryside

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome on the FARM TOUR & TASTING and must be kept on a lead at all times.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate dogs on the PARLOUR, MIXOLOGY MASTERCLASS or FULL VALAIS EXPERIENCE

No, all our tours and experiences must be pre-booked online in advance.

HOW DO I GET TO THE FARM?

The farm is located at Sheafhouse Farm, Draycott Road, Blockley, Glos, GL56 9DY, 10mins (4.2mi) from Moreton-in-Marsh.

Trains frequently run from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh with a journey time of approximately 1h 20m.

IS THERE A FARM SHOP?

Yes, we have a small shop at the farm where we sell our BLACKLION vodka and a selection of other produce and gifts.

IS THERE A VODKA BAR ON THE FARM?

We don’t have a bar on the farm, but we do have a café where we offer coffee, tea, soft drinks, and light refreshments.

Our BLACKLION Vodka and unique cocktails are only served during our pre-booked tours or experiences.

Yes, BLACKLION vodka is available to buy from our shop at the farm, along with a selection of other produce and gifts.

CAN I PURCHASE A FARM TOUR OR EXPERIENCE AS A GIFT?

WHAT IS THE YOUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY?

If you would like to cancel your tour or experience and receive a full refund, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. After this time, it is not possible to provide a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY TOUR OR EXPERIENCE?

If you arrive after the tour or experience start time, unfortunately, it will not be possible to join the group. We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to the start time.

You can change your booking up to 48 hours prior to your original booking time. It is not possible to make any changes after this time.
